So, I recently had the head gasket changed. Had the head machined 0.2 or 0.3 mm off and checked for cracks/warpage.

Put everything back together, new oil, spark plugs, coolant and a bigger radiator. Car ran fine for about 2 weeks. Then one night all of a sudden it started blowing white smoke out from the exhaust furiously. This caused the car to pretty much stall and sounded like it was misfiring (sounded like a subaru engine). Temp gauge was about 1/3

Compression test was all around 220psi. Oil isn't milky, however coolant level is lower.
Any ideas on what could be the problem?

Thanks.

Take off the valve cover, inspect for coolant around the top of the head for a thorough inspection.

Inspect oil dipstick level, high or low?

Take off spark plugs, inspect oil/coolant/wetness/or fouled?

Leakdown test,

Did you measure if the head surface was flat? Did you measure if the block surface was flat? If you had the head machined, it will still have to measured afterwards. Unfortunately not every workshop do things 100%.

Also could be a failed seal. Head bolts tightened incorrectly. etc

Oil level is between the two marks. spark plug 3 was fouled.

I measured (using feeler gauge and steel ruler) the block and head surface, everything was within minimum spec and no warpage.

Head bolts were torqued down to spec from haynes manual.

Might take it to a mechanic or something soon.

sounds like coolant is leaking into cylinder 3. you didn't use any sealant with the head gasket right? was the block surface flat/clean?

EDIT: Or what about the coolant passage right next to Cyl4's intake port? where the coolant travels through the intake manifold and into the head? if the IM gasket wasnt sealing that gap between the coolant port and the intake port then it could be leaking coolant directly into the cylinder.
