Hey guys I have a EG5 with the original D16a8 1600 twin cam engine.

I'm experiencing vibration going through the whole vehicle when going over bumps or uneven road, it's more noticeable when the engine is cold.

I've checked all the mounts and they appear to be ok although the engine seems to be quite harsh I'm not sure if this is normal for this engine a I have only ever owned b-series Hondas.

I'm picking its either mounts exhaust or maybe inner cvs?

Has anyone else experienced this?

hi, cv's prob wont be noticed if there damaged if your driving in a straight line, i would think its the rear engine mount, also if your engine is running a little rough maybe change the spark plugs, The rear engine/trans mount is extremely hard to see if its damaged, best thing to do is to grab the top of the motor and give it a hard rock back and forth, if the rear mount is broken it will have quite a bit of play, the other thing to check is your torque mounts on the front of the motor that attach to the side chassis rails, but if they are damaged which alot of the time they are it wont be super noticeable.
