Boot problem

Hey guys
my car boot is not unlocking at times. I took out the plastic covers and discovered that the central locking connecting to the boot is not so "powerful" and only unlock at good times. I guess I have to search for a 2nd-hand boot locking unit? Anyone have any idea what the price range of that will be ? I am living in melbourne. Thanks for all the help in advance !

You mean the actuator? Shouldn't be more than $50 or so "new" online, probably will need to import overseas, I wouldn't pay more than that for a 2nd hand one from the wreckers as they would be on their way out.
