Hey guys,
My cousins em1 is having problems with his cluster light and climate control light as it won't turn on when exterior lights (parkers,low beams) are on. We checked the fuse and saw that it was gone so we replaced it with the exact same one, went fine for a day or so then it died again. Checked fuse again and it was blown so again we replaced the fuse with the exact same one (7.5 amps) and this time as soon as we tried it, it blew the fuse straight away. There something i'm not picking up from this? Would help if you guys can shed some light because he needs his torch when he drives at night time so he can see the cluster lol.
Also usually when you turn the parkers on when keys aren't in, it usually makes an alarm sound, when we tried it with the fuse that blew up immediately, it didn't make that sound.
And 7.5 Amps is the correct fuse as the fuse box cover says.
