Whilst driving around the car clicks from the front left, sometimes the clicking can be heard when slowing or cruising. Usually the engine is too loud for it to be distinguished.

So im going from what i've heard / read that this is most likely a CV or Drive shaft component.

any one have recommendations on a replacement piece? go to wreckers? any particularly good brand?

also i think any car with the Civic platform and a B series engine has interchangable shafts/CV's is that correct? so i can use an integra dc2 one. wouldt the DC2 one be an upgrade? or are they all literally identical.

you don't get blown cvs from normal driving.

you blow cv by doing burnouts.

you have a worn cv probably

does it get louder when making a turn? As above, you probably didnt 'blow' it, maybe CV boot needs replacing.

If you look under your car near the wheels, there's some rubber boots from the CV, check if theyre not broken.

If its knocking while turning a new boot wont fix that.....

get some 2nd hand ones or recoed ones
