What temp should D15B4 thermo fan switch on?

Just trying to figure out if my thermo fan is working or not, using an infrared thermonitor I measured the thermostat at 102 degrees and the thermo fan didn't turn on, I would have thought it would be at 90-100.

Ok, thanks for the reply, that is around the temperature I would have expected. I'll test the motor and see if it is at fault, hopefully it is just a loose wire/connector to make life easy.
