Hi,

I have a 93 model civic sedan, and I don't really know much about it. Is this an EG model civic? Does anyone know how much power the 1.5L twin carb motor makes? I heard it was 73kw or something low like that.

I had a twin carby and they aren't very powerful at all
probably more like 50-60kw

yeah the amount of power they have/or dont have is quite dangerous, in the sense that you cant even overtake someone if you geniunely needed to.

really? That sounds like a bit of an overstatement. I feel quiete safe in my single carbed civics abilities to get me out of trouble. Maybe it needs a service?

believe me mine is that slow.
ive serviced it, changed the plugs, leads, oil, oil filter
i think i need a carby service though because sometimes the idle dies down now and then to a fairly low one, but i dont know how to clean the carbies or whatever it is that needs to be done to them.
