Recently my engine died and I am looking at a type R engine.
I would like to know if the type R engine will fit in without changing or modifying my stock VTIR exhaust? (I know this will decrease performance)
As I'm low on funds I cannot afford a type R exhaust system atm, however I will be doing this in the near future.
Thanks.

If you fit the DC2 VTi-R headers onto the Type-R motor then the rest of your DC2 exhaust will fit

yes it will fit
also consider upgrading the gearbox as well as the integra vtir ratios aren't that great compared to the itr's LSD gearbox
the motor your looking for would be either a b18cr or b18c7

^ yea was going to keep vtir headers til later.
And yea I'm looking at a motor and box so i can maybe fix the vtir motor and box and sell them off.
Thanks.

White smoke even after a head gasket change (head was machined 0.2mm)
No water in oil, so maybe the coolant pockets around pistons are leaking into combustion chamber? (block needs machining maybe?)
