EK9 Swaybar

Hey Ozhonda, quick question, will a EK9 rear sway bar fit onto a EK1? Cause i know with the front EK9 swaybar, i'm gonna need the LCA's aswell. Just wanted to know if i needed anything else.

with the RSB you will need a sub-frame brace like ASR or function 7 as the ek1 has a weaker rear sub-frame than the ek9, IIRC any RSB over 17-18mm should have a sub-frame brace to prevent it tearing out.

also if you have a gli you already have a FSB so you dont need the front LCA's, only cxi need lca's

i had EK9 front and rear sway bars installed on my EK1 (GLi) .
the EK9 front SB was thicker than the stock EK1 bar - but its a straight bolt on
you need sub frame re-inforcement for the rears - as TbM mentioned

i had in the rear: asr + beaks tie bar + blue LCA -- looks awesome!!
