heater/ac switch hard to move Dc4

hey guys i have an 1995 integra dc4 just wondering if you guys had this issue before and how can you fix it :)

I have this trouble too... If your talking about the temperature scale hard to move... I have checked mine out before and the heater tap isnt siezed up but check that on yours. I think mine is from the previous owner not removing the cables properly when taking out the climate control unit to work in the dash and has caught/stretched somthing on the lines...
