i believe 4-2-1 gives you better bottom end as 4-1 gives u good top end?

2 1/4 exhaust piping is best for N/A if u got 1.6-1.8L but if u got 2-2.2L then best is 2 1/2...4-2-1 header....mid range power.....4-1 header top end power..
Best for ur car get 2 1/4 exhaust pipin...then get high flow cat as well then get 4-1 race header...that should set u up for now....good luck...were are you gettin it done btw??

as jeff said, but you may as well save up for another engine if you really want some power happening :P those mods will give you better response etc. dont expect a miracle tho :D

heh nice nick... dil lei lo mo
he is correct, save up for a front cut... b16a, b18c... start with a better base engine...
but if you must do the exhaust and header...
go for 2 inch cat back
4-1 header suited for more top end
4-2-1 header suited for more middle to top end
