Hi Guys.

My car has the ITR 5 stud brake/hub/LCA upgrade done on it (95 - EG Civic) and ive also replaced the Prop valve with a 40/40 one. Now the brake peddles still feels like shit so its now down to the Brake master and Booster to be replaced. I initially bought a 1" integra brake master and booster but its for an ABS model (12mm brake line at the rear) and dont really want to run a ABS master on an non abs car.

Is this the correct NON ABS Brake master that i need? It says its off a 94 - 00 Integra DC2 but it doesnt say type r?

From what I've noticed the 12mm rear flare nut is dependent on the year model not wether it came with ABS

99-00 10mm
96-98 pre fl 12mm

For e.g I've seen
99 DC2R abs 10mm
99 EK9 abs 10mm

The abs brake booster and master doesnt make a difference...

As long as ur running the correct prop valve it will fine...

If its cheaper to just get the vti-r mc and booster then just get that and worst case flare a new end. From my experience on all the vti-r mc they are also 1", you will find a nice big "1" stamped on it somewhere

ive also just finished 5-stud conversion

i ran
itr 1'' BMC and booster
non abs dc2 vtir 4040 PV
5-stud + arms from Itr

been 3 days now driving around and not seeing any leaks or drop in fluid, but pedal does feel abit spongy and sum freeplay there,
im waiting on a cusco brake stopper. Ill put that in and see how it feels

I currently running stock eg gli front discs, integra vti-r rear discs which i think are the same as the civic discs (si-vti) with a 40/40 prop from a da integra and the vti-r 1" mc and booster. The best way i can put it is my brakes are F&*#ING AWESOME!!!! not spongy, pretty sensitive and my car can go from 100kmh to 0 so quick you end up with your face on the windshield lol

i had same spongy feeling like u do and i already had my brake stopper on, i spoke with a old skool mechanic mate and he advised i cracked all the bleed nipples on the calipers and let them gravity bleed for a bit whilst i kept topping up brake fluid as it drained out, and then it was all sweet...
