Leading performance exhaust manufacturer XForce have become an official supporting partner of Mighty Car Mods, one of the most popular automotive DIY shows on the internet.

The recently announced partnership follows a global trend in media consumption habits towards niche channels hosted on online platforms like YouTube and Vimeo, accessible from a variety of devices including smartphones, tablets, smart TVs, and computers.

Mighty Car Mods has been a YouTube sensation since launching in 2008, with their videos racking up a combined total of over 27,772,000 views, and over 168,000 regular subscribers, making them the number one online DIY automotive channel in the world.

The Sydney based duo behind the show, Marty and Moog, have already been inducted into YouTube’s Official Hall of Fame, with the show’s popularity rapidly growing both within Australia and internationally.

“Mighty Car Mods is the perfect embodiment of the youth oriented auto modding scene today,” explained Joseph Feng, Managing Director of XForce.

“There is simply no one out there who is currently doing a better job of reaching young automotive DIY enthusiasts, who consume almost all of their entertainment on the internet.

“XForce is proud to be supporting such an innovative show, which is making the most of new technology and online publishing platforms like YouTube to keep the automotive DIY scene alive and well.”

Marty and Moog have big plans for the online series, which has already expanded into a strong Facebook and forum community, a Mighty Car Mods magazine, a record label and a clothing range.

“We’ve both been using XForce products for a number of years, and they make some great sounding exhaust systems,” said Marty.
