Have you tried sourcing the code from the OBD II port?

I had a warning light after I installed my CAI - unplugged and replugged the MAF sensor and problem fixed. Didn't check the error code though

Check the MAF sensor - some systems require you to remove it/alter it

If you been running an oil which contains high level of zinc and phosphate then your oxygen sensor and catalytic converter could be toast as the zinc and phosphate will slowing coat them and give you an incorrect reading. Cat will react with the zinc and slowly in starts to clog up.
