So... narrow garage + wide car doesn't mix :eek:
Somehow I managed to scrape the piece of black plastic that goes on the inside edge of the mirror. Looks like no other damage done, so I thought I could just lever/push it back into place but it's really quite hard plastic. Was thinking maybe a hair dryer (no heat gun unfortunately) to heat up the plastic before trying to mould it back into place? Do you think that would work &/or estimate cost of replacement (if you can even buy that part separately?)

EDIT: Managed to get most of the surround back into place except for the part pictured, still don't quite know how I managed to rip it off in the first place without barely a scratch on the rest of the mirror...
