Hi All,

Inherited an Accord (v6) from the oldies, no modifications have ever been performed on it - it's stock as a rock.

Took it down to the tyre shop for an alignment as has an odd pull, and is scrubbing the outside of the passgengers front tyre.

The guy in the tyre shop said the front camber is out, -1.5 deg on driver and +1.75 deg on the passenger side.

After the alignment it feels a little better but still has an odd pull.

I figure a camber kit would help to get the camber back to an acceptable levels. Shopping around I can find complete front upper control arms with camber adjustment for the CL7.

Would these fit into my CM6 ?

Do u have a print out of ur wheel alignment? If the camber is out than there might be some damage done to the suspension components, camber arms slightly bent or so, hard to know for sure

As far as pulling goes, it wont be camber at all, all comes down to the toe settings which will usually result in the pulling effect, usually they will try to compensate for the pulling by adjusting one side to stop the pulling but the alignment will never be 100 percent spot on.

Hi mugen_ctr,

Don't have a print out, only thing i have is the numbers in the previous post. The tyre shop guys said the only way to be sure to fix it is to replace all suspension components until the bent component(s) are found. Of course they were willing to replace each component one at a time (charging me for each part + labour until done).

After the alignment it is much better, but when driving a straight line, it only takes the slightest move of the steering wheel and then it tries to take over and continue pulling itself around.

I know the car has never had any collision damage. Suspect maybe some large pot holes have been hit, and over time have bent something.

Hence my line of thinking, put some camber adjustable upper control arms in it. This will at least allow to get the camber / alignment spot on and maybe ready for a little lowering in the future. This would be the (dare I say) cheaper way to rectify the problem untill I can source and replace all front end suspension components (the only way to guarantee the bent component is replaced?)

Going with this theory, I can find adjustable upper control arms for CL7, none for the CM6. Do the CL7 ones fit / work / survive in a CM6 (v6)?
