hey pplz...

just wondering if anyone here has put prelude front brakes onto a civic ?
ive heard of it being done but just wondering if i can confirm from anyone here

from what i understand you can redrill the disc of the lude front brakes and fit it on the civic hub... my real question is would everything else line up ?

thankz in advance

is it possible to find out if he only used the disc and caliper from the lude
or was there more to it ?

more importantly does the lude caliper line up to the civic hub
i know i have to redrill the disc
cheers

should all bolt up with minor mods..

check on honda-tech.com for articles of the process..

yes a few EG's here run prelude brakes. Can be done, need a bigger rotor (obviously), 282mm if memory serves me correctly. See if you can locate an aftermarket 4 stud rotor in this size.

i would not recommend re-drilling 5 x 114.3 or 4 x 114.3 rotors.

ey..jay

u can use prelude brakes..on your car
best 4studded 1's are the ninja shaped relude i think they are the gen 4

and 5stud dont bother rather get ITR1's instead of the gen 5's
gen 4 is probly the best option if u wanna go prelude brakes..
and it's a pretty easy swap i heard...
my mate has it on his EG

and EG/EK sussy brakes are all interchangeable

Will it all fit in a standard 14" wheel? I'd like to know 'cos I'm thinking of doing the same myself.
