Basically the aircon is f^cked and have been told the clutch isnt working on the compressor and that its the bones of a grand to repair.
Wondering if anyone knows,or can find out(google doesnt seem to know) if a d15(or other model) aircon compressor is the same as a d13.
Im assuming its the same as its usually the way with hondas that things can be interchangeable but not 100%.
Also would one from a d-series engine which is efi suit?

If anyone could shed some light on this for me it would be much appreciated as its 40 degrees everyday and im sweating my balls off!!

Thanks in advance

Otherwise thinking of going down the cheap route.Ebay Spec from the states-CLICK HERE (http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/New-AC-A-C-Compressor-With-Clutch-Air-Conditioning-Pump-1-Year-Warranty?item=230915994529&cmd=ViewItem&_trksid=p5197.m7&_trkparms=algo%3DLVI%26itu%3DUCI%26otn%3D3%26po%3D LVI%26ps%3D63%26clkid%3D5699709797744836005#ht_338 6wt_1398)
Not sure if it will be any good but if it worked it would be half the price that i would get it done here for.

possibly, so long as its from the same year range. 91-93 is R12 system and then 94-95 they changed to R134a system with different fittings

most important thing to check is the position and size of the hose fittings on the compressor

Thanks mate.Know any good honda wreckers?:D

Also is it possible the problem could be in any way electronic? As in causing the compressor not to kick in when the button is pushed?A fuse?Faulty connection?
Not used to aircon systems or their workings.
