Tyre question on 98 Jdm itr 16 rims

Hey guys, what do you guys think it's best to use on Jdm itr 16? 205/45/16 215/45/16 or 225/45/16? Which will fit nicely onto my dc2r? Also what's the best decent brand tyre I can get. Thanks guys
