well here i was thinking everything was going so well. i have just about finished up the swap and then bam o2 sensor.
ok so currently i have the 4 wire set up as such;

o2 heater- pinned to A6 (getting power)
o2 sensor power- pinned to A25 (getting power)
o2 sensor ground-pinned to D22 (getting ground)
o2 signal- pinned to D14 (havent tested yet,no multimeter)

is there something obvious im missing here, the o2 is brand new and i just cant figure it out??? unless its faulty (which ill test with a multimeter when i get one)

Edit: im getting error code 1, well i think i am any way the CEL flicks off for less then a second then stays solid, but it only dose this once. maby code 0 i.e faulty ecu??

You will only need to run one wire from the shock tower to the ECU to get the o2 sensor working.

i dont have the heater circut on my standard loom nor a ground. so to get the 4 wire working i had to add the 3 others

The trick is to look at the shock tower on the passenger side. There is 3 plug. Make sure there is a wire running from one side of the plug to the other. If there is a missing wire, simply wire it in and run that to the ecu

At most, you will need to run 4-5 wires

- IAB
- o2 sensor
- vtec
- knock sensor

im running a p75 chipped and i only had to run the heater from the shock tower to the ecu. if that helps?

Well eather way i know 100% that my o2 wiring is good. After more reading it looks like my ecu is faulty..all im getting is a solid CEL

are you getting a sold cell when you start the car without the SCS bridged or solid cel when you bridge the SCS ?

see this link for testing the O2

and this link for testing the PO2H ( heater )

having dejavu here ECU-MAN hahaha.. your ECU has to be the same as your O2 sensor.. iof you run the JDM ECU u need the JDM O2 sensor and wiring, if it's AUS ECU then u need the AUS spec O2 sensor + wiring. I cant remember which one is which but if your JDM ECU is looking for the JDM wiring.. it will throw code.

sounds like the same problem i had many years ago with my swap and ECU-MAN saved the day as usual :)

take a read here (http://www.ozhonda.com/forum/showthread.php?24454-02-Sensor-(heater)-and-JDM-Cat-with-secondary-O2-sensor)

you can run AUDM or JDM ECU with our O2's without issue.

ECU will only look at the heaters resistance and if its not with spec then code 41, if no signal comes from the O2 itself then code 1,

well i get solid check engine lights eather way. i have pluged in a p28 with a s300 and its telling me there are 3 codes;
1.tps (unsure how to really start here..)
2.intake air temp ( must be a faulty sensor? same wiring as my d series but i had to extend it for the b series)
3. water temp sensor (again prolly a faulty sensor, single wire so checking isnt hard)

im just at a loss as to why it showed ecu faulty when it had these three codes stored.

just fyi im running the jdm b18c tune for trouble shooting

check your wiring

check sensor ground 2 ( SG2 D22 OBDI )

sounds like it not connected back to the ECU correctly and your 3 sensors are floating, this will also effect your O2 signal as it will not be grounded either

ok awsome will do. thanks guys just kinda odd since i didnt touch tps wiring or air temp (other then to extend it) and i wasnt getting codes in on the d series. eather way i got some multimetering to do
