Hey guys, i currently have a 2007 accord euro tourer, and wanted to put on the stock rims from the fn2r, ive tried a friends on but my car just looks too high, so i need to lower it. Was just wondering, if i were to get the Eibach kit, would it be more beneficial to buy new shocks as well? and if i was to lower my car, how do i go about telling insurance company, and what will happen etc.

any help would be appreciated. Thanks

ALways good to tell your insurance company of ANY mods you do, to make sure they can cover it. LAst thing you want is an accident and for them to deny you payout/repairs due to a modication they were not notified. Just do it for piece of mind.

Usually stiffer springs matched with OEM shocks can cause the shocks to wear prematurely due to the added stiffness of the springs + lowering the car puts other stresses on all suspension components.
