Good morning all,

I am the happy owner of an Accord Euro Luxury Navi I bought in August 2010. Have had since new.

As part of my love for the thing, after 2 years of ownership I am not considering a new car at all but keeping the car that still gives me so much joy!!!

As part of my desire to keep it, I nipped out last night to the car at about 10pm to see how I might integrate my iPad mini into the car. Silly impulsive decision, as or reasons best known to someone else I turned the interior lights on. When I'd finished, I didn't turn them off.

Hey presto - 7:30 am - car barley ticks over and won't start.

Question for this very active community, is it safe to jump start the car with jump leads. Or should I get road side assist out??

Thank you!!!

Thank you! Just had the neighbour with their leads do it. Car running again.

Back to seeing how I can get the iPad mini in the car!

Thanks for the reply.

Just to add. best running the head lights on both cars when you connect the leads and try to crank the car. This will prevent any spike, that can fry you ecu!

Very unlikly but can happen!
