Make sure fresh air or recirculate selector switch is on recirculate?

Accord euro is climate controlled, what i do is put it on auto, then turn a/c off and set it at like 19 - 21 degrees.
When you do that it's just the fans running.

Climate control doesn't mean much. If it's 32 degs outside, and you set climate control to 19 degs, the air coming in is still going to be 32 degs. It will only heat the temp to your set temp, if the outside air is colder than what you've set.
As for OP's question, well, the answer can be as simple as the car body itself is heating up the air. Especially if you've parked in the car, the actual tubing that the air is pulled in from could have heated up, and thus will warm the air while it's coming in. Especially since you don't have the fan on, there air speed is slow, thus it'll "absorb" a lot of heat while it travels though those lengthy piping.

Thanks for all ur replies but how come my friends car is not like that, when u dont switch on the recirculation button, itts just the air temp outside should come in.. It cant be that hot, my air is like 30 degrees air guys, i dont think its normal, plus its 22 degrees outside and car wasnt parked under the sun

The air is always warmer than what the outside air is, it's because of the heat from the engine. I'm not sure about an 8 deg jump though, however something like 2-3 degs would be expected.

You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to curtis265 again.

What temperature is your climate control set to? I believe that you can not turn off the heater with a button, you need to set it to a lower temperature than what is measured by the internal cabin temperature sensor.
The car has a heater? Never felt that effect before. Seriously though, I think you should set the temp low as aaronng suggests. Also, just to clear things up, the recirculation button "on" means the LED is shining and the inside air is being recirculated. "Off" means the LED is off and outside air is allowed into the cabin.

aarong's correct. Hit the auto button, then lower the temperature to 'Lo' or thereabouts and then turn it off. Drive around and see what you get. Of course, if its 22 outside, the air blowing in will still be a bit warmer than that.

Had this problem in a civic it was the "heater control valve" stuck open.
So it would always be open and hot air will always enter the cabin no matter what temp it was outside
