Theyre just shit talking mate

using that intake will be fine but it sucks in more hot air compared to the stock airbox

Yeh I'm aware of that as long as my motor runs good I don't mind... In the near future I'm looking at putting B18CR in it just need to find out how much it's gonna cost me :D

All non sence aside if you are gonna b swap its prolly worth saving your money and puting it towards that. However if u wanna go the way of a d series then by all means go for it however it would be worthwile looking into an injen or something in a proper cold air intake

Go for it bro. more intake noise make you feel like a race car driver. on the serious note, I compared my previous stock airbox to AEM V2 CAI fuel mileage, and I noticed I got about an extra 20-50km from have just a CAI before i did any of my current up mods.

Goodluck with your future B-build.

Will I get more km out of a tank with whale intake ? Because its not considered to be a CAI it's a SRI short ram intake more prone to sucking in hot air the motor produces

You will lose alot of mileage with a SRI
I lost about 50-60km

Give the whale back his pen1s. And leave your air intake alone. Or if you must, My option the dc2R intake with KN filter droped in are more then enough, so get one of thoughs. Or if you really want to blow money get a tegiwa mugen copy air intake.

Short ram intakes do nothing but suck in hot air. get clogged with oil and get you defected! Maybe even loss you performance and millage!!!!!!

which setup give more push you in car?

SRI - mid range torque (3-4k)
CAI - high end (5-8k)

but my AEM V2 has the best of both worlds ;)
