b18 timing belt

well guys my b18 has had the timing belt changed. the tensioner was set to spec but still theres alot of movment from the timing belt. has anyone come accros this befor???

have you tried to adjust the tensioner more? I wouldn't really trust the old oem spring to tension it

Ill give that a try. I have read that deflection on the belts looser side should be between 1/4 and 1/2 inch can anyone coconfirm this?
