1994 Vtir sway bar measurements

Hey guys, in the process of getting my car to a roadworthy standard and need to buy swaybar rubbers. I don't have the tools to measure precisely the back and front sway bars so I've been trying to reaseach. Came up with 14mm for rear and 22mm for front. Is this correct?
