Door Cards and Speaker Moulds

ok. i have got the standard velour door card from my honda accord and i want to get them re-trimmed in a creme colour with some blue.
but the problem is, i have some splits for the doors and want a custom mould done to fit them on the door card with custom paint job.

how will this work

do i take the door card the way it is with the speaker and get a mould made up first then painted & retrimmed.
or do i get it retrimmed and fit it up afterwards.
who is responsible for fitting the door mould is painted and the door retrimmed.?
the speakers will be professionally installed.
is there someone in the brisbane area that doors custom fibergalss moulds?

speaker to mount is directly to the door. This way the door cavity becomes an enclosure, and increases the bottom end. If you just screw it to the door trim, it doesnt seal, air leaks out, and they sound shit.

As for the fibreglass pods for the speakers, the install shop should be able to do it? Northfield Marooka are doing it arent they? I've seen some special stuff come out of that place in the past. Talk to them about what you need done, and theyll organise it.
