Removing rear head rest from an EK4

Hey all,
does anyone know how to remove head rests from the rear seats in an EK4?

pull really hard and wobble from left to right .... little latches inside ... no way to access from outside but just pull and pull ... they will come out (I had strong male individual help me ;-) ...)

hahaha....yups, its always best to just YANK it out!!

hahaha...thanks guys...i would have thought it had those little lock buttons like the front seats do, but nooooooo.....it had to be clipped in tight! :(
Will this yanking break anything? :)
