I'm new to Australia, and have no idea where to find aftermarket parts. Google and eBay doesn't bring up much, all overseas in the States.
Things like coilovers, manifolds, filters etc

Cheers.

I sort of know Jonny and Luke from Tegiwa, but we aren't friends. hahaha
I don't rate their parts. And wouldn't buy anything from them. Quite a few unhappy customers in the UK.

If your buying from the UK, speak to my mate Scott @ www.h-tune.co.uk. He's a nice bloke, and stocks a lot brand name parts.

JDM Concept dont seem to do much for EF's and DA's. :(

theres not much for EF's period lol. A lot of it will have to come in from overseas. Parts from the US tend to be cheaper (and more plentiful) than from japan... again, this all depends on what exactly youre after ;)

theres loads for EF's back home in the uk.

im hoping to pick up a DA this week so wanted to check what things were about. its only a daily so didnt want to go too OTT.

coilovers and exhaust parts are the main ones though

If you know of any guys over there that have brand new exterior trim pieces for EF's, please do tell! :D

EF's could only be imported for a limited amount of time to aus (they were never delivered here) and well, now that theyre a tad old, the market is incredibly limited.
Doesnt help that the EF's are now all atleast 23 years old lol. ED's were delivered here by honda though :)

With the DA, might just be easiest to go for different lower control arms that let you use the fork style coilovers, those are easier to find. I have no knowledge of DA's (other than da9 parts to suit my ef8 ;)) so probs best to ask around in the integra section of this forum :)

Depending on where you are, theres a few options of 'shops' that you can visit that can get you parts. OTR, http://www.ontherunmotorsports.com/, can usually find things. Otherwise going through someone like http://www.importmonster.com.au/ and importing parts from overseas works well. http://www.jessestreeter.com/ does an amazing job of getting things in too ;)

*note: im not a big support of bolt ons so others will be much more likely to show you where to go to buy stuff :)

Thanks.

I have used Nengun before, but again, they dont list much for the DA.

I did find VividRacing.com... seem to be reasonably priced.

95% of the parts for my sedan ive ordered off ebay, and 95% of those were international.

Most bits from the UK or US to my door only take a week.

Password JDM and jhpusa offer some parts for the ef/da teg. Try jdmyard as well.

Most of my parts come from eBay and international forums

I was hoping to see more Australian companies... or aren't there many?

Do you get charged any fees/tax from the Aus government for importing parts from the USA?

There isnt any aus companies that deal with the older ones. Everyone supplies parets for eg and dc or newer.

As for taxes, anything over $1000AUD you need to pay a 10% tax on.
