[SA] ED Civic checking in!

Hey Guys,

First time Honda boy, which I got in a trade + cash for my old Sprinter Coupe. The ED is pretty rough, but fun to drive. It's nippy and handles awesomely. Specs of the car as follows:

- Respray in 'USS Nimitz Grey' with white pinstripe around mouldings
- Replacement 100,000 KM Engine at the end of 2010 (apparently)
- Genuine Mugen CF48 Wheels, 14x6 +38 wrapped in Bridgestone RE001s
- Livesports Replica Wing
- Black dash & interior#- CRX SiR Leather Bucket Seats
- Period correct Recaro LT mounted to genuine Bride Rail
- MOMO dished steering wheel
- B&M short shifter and new linkage bushes
- Spoon Duarcon Gearknob / Pink Dildo knob
- Stock headers to 2.5" straight pipe to rear custom muffler
- KIDO Racing Coilovers (Height & Dampner Adjustable)
- Upgraded Front Sway Bar
- ALPINE Headdeck with Speakers
- HKB Bosskit
-Rear Disk Conversion from a DA9 Integra, Trailing Arms, Handbrake Cables, Pads, Disks etc.

I spent 3 days after taking ownership cleaning it. Took the seats out and gave it a full vacuum, took the plastics out and washed and resprayed some of them. Fitted my steering wheel + boss. Changed oil and spark plugs, topped up and bled the radiator. Fully degreased engine bay and underneath, resprayed the front lip and wipers and re-wired the head unit *was a mess and was powered by an Acc wire :eek:)

Anyway, not 100% sure if I'm going to hold onto it, I'm thinking about parting it out. We'll see! Nice to be aboard though, please find some photos below :wave:

Good to see its gone to a good home. I was even considering buying it back at one stage.

Engine was replaced, it's probably up to around 130,000 around about now..

Saw your Civic today at the bottom carpark near Social Sciences. :P Looked good, I see we have acquired the same skill in parking where we try to find an end spot, then park as close as you can to the gutter / white line so we don't get doors hitting our cars. :P

what did you use to spray interior?

Hey mate, not too sure on the lip unfortunately, there are no markings or anything like that on it. As for interior, just export matte black. Light spray, then amour-all everything when its back in the car, looks brand new!
