I dunno if I am suffering from some Honda fever at the moment... but I saw Civic FD today with the factory bodykit and the duck tail spoiler. Looked pretty sweet.

So I was wondering... how much would the side skirts, front lip and rear lip for my 2010 FD set me back? (called modulo i think) dibs on maybe $3000 as this is the dealer?

hmm prob approx 2grand(estimate)

why not get a mugen kit.

with the money you could get the kit and painted and still have money left over.

you could also try go wreckers and find any civic's wreck with the modulo kit.

IMHO ... that front end is so gross.

The kit would be around $1,750 mark ... I know when I bought the side skirts it set me back $550? ... then and that part has the most to it :-p

So the rest I think would be either cheaper or the same.

Oh, you have the modulo kit installed on your car? :-) They quoted you $550 for side skirts? WHAT THE *&^%... got quoted $1300 last time I was there and curious.

Nah I just bought the side skirts, going to install them myself when I have the time ... I'll look back on my bank statement, but I swear it wasn't as much as what you're telling me

$600 for the side skirts on there own, no installation.

Comes with all the bits you need to do it though, it won't be that hard.

I called up my local dealership a few months back asking how much the Modulo spoiler with rear break lights would cost, it was a figure around $800 or so just for the parts.

I finally got around to getting a quote yesterday from Larke Hoskins Honda. Total price for everything fully installed is $1500*. Side skirts are $460, $450 for front and rear lip each ($900 total) and $200 for fitting with GST. I was told the kit comes painted already!

I'm trying to imagine how the kit looks like without a spoiler of any sort... I'm not into spoilers. If it looks pokey then I'll have to get a spoiler. =.='

I probably will at this rate. Just looked through the guides and it's just double sided tape and some screws + a bracket.

I just saw a Civic Sport today with the full Modulo kit. It's a gen 1 FD but the front looks good still. :P

However, lolmclol, did your side skirts have the "Modulo" badge on them like the Asian spec Civics I see online at the motorshows? I didn't see a Modulo badge on today's Civic, but I could tell it WAS the modulo kit since I'm so pro. ;-)
