Hello, I'm new to this forum!

I recently took of the panels holding the tweeters because I thought there was some resonanse in my right tweeter that made the sound distorted. The tweeters are a bit loose inside their houses, so I guessed that might be the problem, or maybe the panel itself was rattling. I therefore added some foam to hold the tweeters in place in their house. It did not solve my problem, I guess the tweeter itself is going bad. Anyway I took some photos of the process for anyone who might want to take of the tweeter panels and replace the tweeters.

Nice! Was it hard to remove or quite straightforward? And did it feel like you were going to break it when removing?

The two metal clips hold the tweeter panel quite firmly in place so you have to pull hard, I was a bit worried that I was going to breake something. Just loosen the plastic clips near the tweeter first with a credit card or something so you dont damage them. The two plastic pins on the lower part just hold the panel in place, they dont clip on, just sits in their holes. When reattaching the panel you start by putting them into their holes, then pressing to fasten the metal clips, then in the end you press on the plastic clips near the tweeter.

Have you put this back?

I need to change a mirror on mind - Is it just 3 bolts and the mirror easily will pop off?

I already put it back. I remember there was some bolts that seemed to hold the mirror.
