Simple answer - Will easily fit your DC5.
Why?? - OEM JDM DC5 Wheels are 17x7.5 +49, and your drop in offset is negligible.

My DC5R back when I had CR Kai 17x8 (F) 17x7 (R) and 32+ all round. Rear guards not rolled. Not the clearest pic but specs are very close so you get the idea. Your specs will fit easily :)

Yes, they'll fit no problems

No, they are 17x7 +60. JDM DC5R runs different control arms and hubs to a AUDM DC5R

Thanks for the quick replies guys.
One more thing, does it fit flush with the fenders for my size ?

No.
Fender flush is something like 17x8.5+30
If you wanted fender flush in 7.5, the offset has to be atleast +18 with tyres about the 187.5mm wide mark to fit with no problems. Rear could be more agressive, I noticed that on my DC5 but having more bias towards the rear on a FWD car is silly.

Ahhhh, so more offset means more aggressive ? Sorry I'm new to this. Would I need to roll my guards ?

Yes but for more offset the number goes lower so 18 is more aggressive than 33. I didnt need to roll my rears. T

As previously stated, it depends on the offset.
If it's around the low 20's, you'll need to roll guards and cut/remove stuff
If it's around the high 20's, you MIGHT run into problems with it hitting the front suspension, and rear trailing arm.
If it's 30+, you'll hit the front suspension and rear trailing arm.
You really need to specify the following before people can tell you "if it'll fit"
- Rim size - Width and diameter
- Rim offset
- Intended tyre size
- Car ride height
- If you are willing to modify stuff to make it all fit
