hey guiz I was having some fun in the ek neutrul bombin etc and after I did it once from N to 1 it was ok until I put it in reverse it wouldn't work =( reverse didn't wanna engage until I shut off and turned it back on 2 times I have learnt my lesson and just want to know wtf happen and what should I do

I will later on my greens but can anyone explain why it happend
. its ok now but im worried it might happen again
when it happend I put in reverse it feels like its not in gear and only revved to 3krpm

hmmm neutral dropping into D, I wonder if that's any good for the gearbox...

Maybe your fluid could of overheated??

Unless you want to replace the gearbox really soon then I wouldn't do it again...

reverse is not selected via the shift solenoids, its via the hydraulic valve body and the location of the selector valve ( shifter position ).

reverse should select as long as the engine is running and you have enough fluid in the AT, if it does not select then there is a fault in the AT causing it, If its OK now then chances are you over heated something in the trans stopping it from working.

the ECU was limiting rpm to 3k for some reason, possibly a fault condition, check the ECU for fault codes

If you have a CVT, GOD help you
