It's best if you have 225 or 235 with either 35 or 40 if its like 45 might need roll guarding and shit...

Yeh they do for example look at ed_423 s euro he has 19x9.5 forgestar cf10 rims and it fits perfectly or look at euro noobs euro also with 19 inch rays te37 with et22+ soo yeh
