Hi guys,
I am new here and need some advise.
I have a Honda Civic 2005 GL and the aircon has problem.
It is still cold but it makes rather a loud noise, not always noisy and not always exactly the same noise.
I was told that the aircon compressor need replacing.
Can anyone recommend me a good place to buy a compressor and drier please?
The make is Sanden TRSA09 model 36643. So far I can't find it on the net?
I can see on ebay that compressors are not that expensive but I am not sure which one to get since I can't find exactly the same model and I am not sure of the quality.
I am also looking for a reliable mechanic to install the parts that charges a resonable rate. The quotes that I got so far range from 1500 - 2000 (parts and labour) to replace the air compressor, drier etc but not the condenser).
The plan is to sell the car soon but I still want to get it fixed properly.
