i was wondering if anyone had a performance chip of any kind and if it affects the emissions test or the inspection test because i just bought one and i wanted to know.

Any performance chip you buy will in some way alter the emissions of the car....

"spoon" chips arent performance chips, they are junk ;)

agree 100% too.

AFAIK , Spoon does not make "chips" to be soldered into anything ....only stand-alone ECU's.
