I had ambient lighting installed in my Civic and the dealer returned these two pieces... what are they?

I think they are the switch blanks, but why two pieces?

Actually have no idea what those are ... they almost look like the same panel that goes near the steering column with the ABS button :-S

This was my first thought but the middle section is one long frame, the two at the front are curved at the top corners.

With it being ambient lighting I think OP is talking about the lights at your feet.

are they rubbery? and is the ambient lighting just footwell mounted LED's?

they look like a rubber gasket something you find between air vents.

ps.
are you sure the kit you purchased didnt just have an extra button panel thing spare.

hence you recieved them back.
