How do I take my window or sill out?

I have rust near my rear side window.

Will it be hard to sand, fill, sand and fit the window back again. Or should I just hand it to a panel beater. A mate from my old school said it would cost around $300 to do, which I thought was reasonable, but because I'm stingy at the moment I was wondering how hard it is. Is it easy as sand, fill, sand, paint? Also how do I take out that window or whatever.

Yes you will have to take the window out. Price on repairs, it depends where you go but $300 is good from a mate.

Prepping it yourself probably isn't hard. Would pay to have somebody paint it for you though as they'll have to blend it with the rest of the panel properly.
