Microtech LT8 ECU question

hey all,

just wandering if any one can confirm if the LT8 Microtech controls the 'IDLE CONTROL VALVE'?

the car stalls under load, and i've first been told it doesnt - now that it does...

can anyone tell me whatz the deal?
