i got offered B18C swap for $1000!!!

Hey guys just real quick here, i got offered a conversion from my EK1 D16Y4 to a B18C(x?) and im not sure if its a good deal to go and will it cost me in the long run. He said he has a B18 that he took out of his car in the garage wasting cause of his new upgrade to the K24. so he will install it for 1K$ it comes with ECU mounts motor tranny etc.. So should i go for it. give me some advice. Cheers
