Mine are really foggy which not only make them inefficient at night but they look horrible too. Tried restoring them myself, then tried to get it done at a shop, improved it slightly but 6-8 months later they are back to ugly.

Tried checking around for used headlights, most I've seen are foggy or starting to oxidize and then brand new ones from Honda are $1200 for a pair. Do we have any alternatives for a 2003 DC5? Only others I've found were angel eyes/halos.

Have fun with that dude.
Try to avoid buying ones from the states though as the headlights will be positioned to LHD instead of RHD

Huh? They only have halo/angel eyes and the US DC5 headlights.

I said 'try avoid buying from the states'
Majority of shippers from Asia have RHD cars which means if you can find OEM 'Style' DC5 Headlights, they will suit our roads fine..
You can use the US DC5 headlights (the non-genuine ones), you just need to go about re-aiming the headlights..
Sorry if i didn't explain what i said correctly.

Thanks mate, was considering them but I'm going to try a different guy that mainly does headlight restorations for a living one last time before shelling out for new headlights.

I can post before and after shots after I get it done if you'd like - if you aren't in Sydney just try googling places in your area that do headlight restorations, most of them are mobile too which is great.

As much as I'd love to order replica headlights that'd annoy me (the lights not being aligned correctly) :(

A parts distributor quoted me $720 per side for new OEM headlights.. I'm like "Honda quoted me $600 each side" lol..

Anyone know if UK headlights would fit identically to AU headlights? http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=200834527711

I''ll just add my 2 cents in and say that i had just bought a set of headlights from America. In particular from a seller 'IKONMOTORING' and i recommend you guys stay away. Idiot sent me original stock oem replica headlights rather than the angel eyes one i had ordered.

Here is the one i ordered - http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/390425541927?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649
I have no contacted them and opened a paypal dispute hoping to get money back as all they said is 'This is all we have and all our vendor supplies' lol.
Just thought i'd let you guys know to stay away before you go and buy from them.

I emailed them and they said only if I have HID installed :S

$500 + say $80 postage from UK > $1200 from Honda though

Here dude. You checked these out?
Quick search on ebay.. buy em from the states.
http://www.ebay.com.au/sch/i.html?_odkw=s2000+rotor+300&_osacat=0&_from=R40&clk_rvr_id=484286605232&_trksid=p2045573.m570.l1313.TR0.TRC0&_nkw=depo+dc5+headlight&_sacat=0

Alot of boys on ClubRSX have used the Depo DC5 Headlights to replace there OEM ones..
Make sure if you were to purchase these headlights you take them to an Auto-Elec to get them re-aimed to suit our RHD roads as those headlights will be set to LHD roads.
I recommended the above link once before and this is the last time i'll bring it up.
These are the cheaper alternative to New OEM headlights.
