Hi,

I've own my 07 euro lux for 1.5 year now and recently while traveling on highway (80kmph+) under acceleration my car shakes but the steering wheel is perfectly still and when i back off the pedal the ride is smoothly again. There's no problem or noise while turning or any other maneuver. but problem only occurs at random while travelling on highway while gaining speed.

Feedback would be much appreciated..
Im leaning toward replacing or rebuilding my cv shafts but if you may know the problem or solution. It would much appreciated if you shared to resolve the issue. dislike the feeling of the shakeness!.

Thanks.

Yeah, might be the CV.

Had my euro doing the same thing. Steering is held straight, but the car would shake quite a bit once your above the 70ish km/h.

I ended up just having a couple of recon'd ones thrown in by my mechanic and its been fine. Just take your car for a quick look by the mechanic if your still unsure, but it looks like the same issue.

Had the exact same issue. Went to a drive shaft specialist and replaced left side with a reconditioned one $170 which includes installation.

Had the issue last year, major shaking under high speeds, replaced both front drive shafts. No more shakes. ~$200 each side to rebuild

Great! Thanks ozhonda peeps.

seems easy and cheap enough. Im taking it to the mechanics tomorrow to be assessed. I believe its just wear and tear. car just turned 90XXX on the clock.
