Gday guys and girls,
I don't actually drive a Honda currently but I have had a DA1 GP edition Integra in the past and I have a MA2 Concerto which I use when I'm spending time in Victoria. Preparing to buy an EF Hatch project very soon.
Currently have a Hilux as a daily (which I'm a bit over, TBH), and this old clunker Nissan which is an endless project :p

Thanks Grifty!
Sadly I don't have any pics of my DA1 'teg, as that was pre-digital photos, haha. Imagine a filthy, stock, white DA1 GP edition with the little GP lip kit and stock white aero style rims and you're there.
Like this...but heaps dirrrrrtier

As for the Conch ('91 Reprise, D16Z2) I've only got a terrible pic of the rear after driving on gravel all day (with a few sly handbrake entries);

If all goes well I will have a '90 EF hatch by the end of Sunday.

So today I trekked to the other end of the state and picked up this '90 ED3 hatch. It needs some work, just usual Honda stuff like minor oil leaks, but drives really well and is totally unmolested.
I got the service history with the first owner, full dealer serviced up to 156,000kms in 2003, then locally serviced until the owner before me, an international student bought it in 2009. Was a little neglected in the last 4 years, copped a little body damage (has had a hit on the filler panel/bumper on the drivers side front, and some old graphics have been peeled off which took off some clearcoat in a couple of places) but overall its not too bad.
Pic from the seller, I only just got home and its dark, will get more/better pics in the morning.

Hopefully will tidy the body a little, do some minor maintenance then give it my usual coilovers/wheels/exhaust treatment.

In all honesty I'd rather leave it mechanically stock for now, I don't have a great need for speed, but I would like to tie the chassis down a bit better - I see it doesn't even run a rear swaybar! - and get a more aggressive wheel and tyre setup on there.
If I do an engine swap it will probably be a DA1 ZC DOHC, or maybe a D16Z2.
Here he is this morning;

The front number plate literally fell off in the carwash when I got home, haha. I am on the hunt for another bumper and filler panel, as although the bumper isn't warped it looks like Godzilla has chewed on it and I think the filler panel is stuffed. I need to put it up on stands and literally scrub the underside as it has years of sandy mud packed in everywhere there is a nook or cranny for it to pack in, but the bits I could clean are in good original condition, e.g. nearly every suspension fastener is still paintmarked as from factory.

looks nice, yeah with a good set of coilovers, and a lil rear sway bar can make quite the difference, would probably need new LCA's to fit a sway bar to them though.
any idea if a DA would fit?

DA swaybar? I think with the DA LCAs it will fit, however I don't think there is any provision on the chassis for the swaybar brackets - ED/EF run a mount off the rails not the subframe.
I'm thinking when that time comes I'll run an aftermarket subframe bar and swaybar combo.
I think I can run a DA front bar but its probably not worth it.

I put dc front and rear on my car makes so much difference.
But I'm not sure of the da one is set up to be sporty. If it is then it will be a lot fatter then the non sporty civic one

I think the holts are there for the sway bar mounts, all you need to do is drop a bolt using some guide wire and a large hole to get the bolt in the chassis rail.
