Been looking at wheels and stumbled across a seller on eBay that supplies cheap wheels.
has anyone had any experience with them / the wheels below.
anything I should be aware about if I was to purchase them?

Ps. I know these specific ones might not necessarily fit, I just want to know about the pros and cons of theses "AD" wheels
thanks

That's the thing... They don't say the brand. All I can see is 'ad'

For roughly the same price, you can get Enkei's which will be better quality. They def seem fake. Especially the part about the holes being drilled after order......

Yeah I was just at tute power talking wheels and I showed him these... He hasn't heard of them and said if undecided to get them to make sure to know what the warranty covers (structural, how long the finish lasts, etc). In regards to the drilling he said that's what wheel companies do anyway, and that the eBay guy prob just bought lots of 'blanks'... But yeah sounds dodge.

RPF1's are aroudn $1000 IIRC, PM connorling, he might remember
There's another guy with a CL9 in Perth called Richard, have a look at the PHC facebook page, he's on there. I've completely forgotten his username.
Also, if you insist on 'fake' wheels, try looking at vision R who sells Rota wheels quite cheap, they look amazing and are subject to many haters lol

i want to stay away from them, dont worry. i can see the advantage of saving up the few extra hundreds to buy good ones.
thanks for that curtis

Got an email back from jdmwheelimports and their prices are the best I can find. $1565 for the rpf1s to my door.
tyrepower could only get them for $2100. I've been getting tires off him for years so decided to get a qoute from him anyway.

i think ive decided to go with either the XXR 527s or 530s.
i just want to make sure that they will fit on my CL9 lowered on buddys and if any guard work will need to be done, so any feed back would be great!
Specs:
XXR 530
18 x 8.75 +33
*both front & rear
XXR 527
18 x 8.75 +35
*both front & rear
Thanks
