Hey guys,
I was told by my mechanic that I needed to replace my left front wheel bearings and hub as it was starting to make a noise etc. (I have a dc2 vti-r)

Any ideas where I could get this item or if it matters what brand I get?
Also should I buy one or get both fixed when it is only one at the moment that is making the noise?

Looking to get this at the moment

If brand doesn't matter I might just buy this.. just one side or two

Thanks for the help!

I wouldn't buy an unknown bearing brand. Koyo are good, but the other one I wouldn't touch. I've pm'd you genuine Honda prices.

Thanks guys. Is it ok to just replace one side? Or do I need to do both?

if u care for the car change both i see it like changing 1 Tyre at a time yeah its cheaper on the wallet but the other Tyre will wear out soon anyway its no a necessity at the moment but when it comes to suspension and steering i prefer to do everything in pairs and i recommend it to all my customers as its preventative maintenance and doing the same job twice sux regardless weather its left or right and 9 times out of 10 will be cheaper in labour to do both at the same time then do the individually at different intervals

or just drive it to the wheels comes off like most guys

I used CBC ones, 3 years running now not a single issue. Replaced all 4 at once, as press was hard to find.

Grab it from CBC, they'll sell you NTN, SKF or FAG - Could be another known brand depending on the size but just stay away from "budget" stuff - we found out the hard way with bearings collapsing :(.

Remember to double check the part number, Integra and Civic have different size bearings.
