Wierd Issue , look!

The other day decided to clean out my throttle body using that cleaner spray from supercheap auto ( cant remember the brand ) , car runs alot smoother and revs alot cleaner.. also upgraded spark plugs to NGK iriduiums ..
I still have not changed my oem spark plugs leads,

But lately as ive been slowing down but still in gear, the car has been jerking a little + backfiring and feels like its pulling back , could i have damaged the throttle body or could this be that the spark plug leads are faulty and misfiring ?

try checking your spark leads,

could have a crack in them and not sparking properly - this is one of the causes for "jerking".... this is what happened to me

not sure about other symptoms

sweet, also do b16a leads fit b16b or would i need to ask for b18c leads? if they cannot find b16b ?

b16a and b18c are the same.. but for b16b you need b16b specific leads.. get the oem ones.. proved to be best
