I have a 2006 Honda Accord Euro...well thats what it says according to my VIN, but it looks like a PreFacelift im not 100%?

Beginning of 2006 euros were prefacelift
end of 2006 are facelift

pretty sure mine is a Mar '06 build and it's face lift.

maybe its a last of series one?

Yep, yours looks like a facelift Sport. No chrome trim on the bonnet, and it has the bumper with the revised facelift foglights.

Don't forget that some dealers may have had pre-facelift stock late into '06, and some dealers may have received stock of the facelift early depending on their stock and demand. So there won't be a clean cutover date at retail.
