vtec d16 turbo eg problems! please help

hey people I bought a carby model civic with a d16 vtec in it and all I need to do is wire it, ive ran the new loom behind the dash and into the engine bay but cant find a map sensor plug and vtec has been cut any ideas why and has anyone had this problem!

tps plug and map senor plugs are the same i think ... and vtec plug if it's cut should be green with yellow stirp if u stil got trouble pm me
