May be the belts.

you should just fix the screeching part then.
i wouldnt worry about the non-screaching parts caust they are ok

If just starting up and not moving the wheel , timing belt..

if starting up and moving wheel right to left , Power steering pump .

check pulleys

could be seized causing belts to squeal over them, my aircon belt pulley seized and the belt rubbed till it snapped off.... it didnt make a noise thus i didnt find out till later

Just gonna put it out there, timing belts don't squeal..

Belt squeal comes from belt slippage, timing belts are toothed belts and do not slip. If they do you get very serious problems with the way your engine runs as it throws the timing out.

If there is squealing when rotating the steering wheel, it's probably not the power steering pump but the power steering pump belt.

A/C and alternator belts also squeal.

Find the squealing belt, replace it and set the tension on the new one correctly. I also use belt grip spray on new belts.

This info is very easily found on google as well.
